Celeste Thompson, the Founder and Chief People Officer at Tribe Human Resources, brings over 20 years of HR expertise to the forefront of her consulting and coaching firm. With a steadfast commitment to operational excellence and a focus on fostering positive corporate cultures, Celeste collaborates closely with CEOs, executives, and entrepreneurs to implement effective HR policies.

Prior to founding Tribe HR, Celeste held influential roles such as Vice President of People at esteemed companies like SoulCycle and The Body Shop. Her HR journey began at Turnberry Isle, a luxury golf resort, before expanding to prominent brands in Miami and ultimately leading her back to New York. Notably, Celeste played a pivotal role in establishing Google's New York office in 2003 and contributed significantly to the growth of EILEEN FISHER.

Driven by a passion for extending large company expertise to smaller businesses and nonprofits, Celeste founded Tribe HR with a mission to promote kindness, inclusivity, and respect in workplace environments. She holds a BA from St. Thomas University in Miami and is certified in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. Actively involved in various boards and initiatives supporting women, Celeste resides in South Orange, NJ, where she balances her workaholic tendencies with a love for exotic travel, live music, and mindfulness practices.
